Wreath Festival – 2012

The 2012 Wreath Festival will run for eight nights with two Family Days on Saturday, December 1 and Saturday, December 8. Family Days are from 12-4.

• Large group registration has ended but you may still join a group. If you intend to join a group, make sure you have the correct date and time. While purchasing a spot, please make a note in the MEMO line, letting us know who you will be joining. This is very important, as we put groups into our different rooms based on the number of participants.

• If you want to form a new group, make certain that the date and time you want has enough spaces (see the numbers to the left of the date and time, to see an accurate count) and buy the spaces as one transaction.  Sessions will sell out, and we cannot hold spaces for anyone.

We will run Tuesday – Friday November 27 – December 7, with two sessions each night.

What do you need to do? Gather a group of friends for 1+3/4 hours of decorating, preceded or followed by socializing in our warm and cozy pavilion. Relax in front of one of our two fireplaces! Refreshments and wine are not provided, but are welcome.

Using a wonderful array of natural dried flowers, grasses, nuts, fruits, berries and cones, you will leave with an incredible balsam fir holiday wreath. All materials are included in this Ladies-Night-Out event, the proceeds from which benefit the Woodcock Nature Center.

This year’s “Ladies Night” Wreath Festival Evenings will run for eight nights with two time slots each evening – 6:30-8:15 and 8:30-10:15. Registration is only available on line.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED and is not refundable for this fundraising event. Don’t miss your chance to deck your halls with natural beauty and support Woodcock Nature Center at the same time.

Program Fees – $50 to start for a beautiful balsam wreath. Our wreaths are the same generous size as in year’s past. Upgrades will be available the night you come but please pre-order any wreath larger than 18″.

All decorating materials are included in the price of your wreath.

Our Family Wreath Making Day will be Saturday December 1 AND Saturday, December 8 from 12-4 pm. The price of the wreath on this day will be $40, with an additional $10 discount for any mom who is all signed up for a weeknight wreath making evening. There will be hot cocoa served!
